Meet Erin McDermott-Age 54

Erin has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has also been a registered nurse since 1997. She is a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse, holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition, Certified Nutrition Coach, a professional bikini competitor, NASM certified Personal Trainer, graduate of The Physique Coaching Acadamy, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor and a no meat athlete. Her passion is fitness, wellness and health through natural therapies. Erin is a mother of three and also a grandmother of one! She is helping her husband heal his cancer through a plant-based diet and using natural and alternative therapies.

I have spent my entire adult life immersed in the fitness industry—from working in gyms, competing as a bikini athlete, and being surrounded by bodybuilders, to owning my own gym, teaching group fitness, and coaching women one-on-one. This journey has given me a depth of wisdom that goes beyond science alone. While I fully respect evidence-based practices, there is an invaluable understanding that comes only through lived experience—through years of training, coaching, and seeing firsthand what truly works.

What I Do: I coach women over 40 in strength training, nutrition, and embodiment practices to help them build strong, lean bodies and feel empowered in their physical form.

How It Works: Through structured programs, tailored workouts, intentional nutrition, and mindset coaching, culminating in a transformative photoshoot that honors their journey.

What Clients Experience: Physical strength, improved health, body confidence, and lifestyle changes that align with their goals.

The Tools Used: Strength training, macronutrient guidance, structured check-ins, and fitness tracking.

Energetic & Spiritual Impact

What I Do: I guide women through a sacred activation of their body as a divine vessel—balancing masculine structure with feminine flow, strengthening their connection to source energy through movement.

How It Works: Training the body is not just about aesthetics—it is a spiritual initiation into deeper self-awareness, frequency elevation, and full embodiment of their highest self.

What Clients Experience: An energetic shift where they reclaim their power, align their physical and spiritual bodies, and awaken their divine feminine and masculine energies in harmony.

The Tools Used: Strength as spiritual practice, nourishment as a sacred act, embodiment as a portal to truth, and the final photoshoot as a physical manifestation of their transformation—capturing the frequency they have stepped into.

4 Things Showcasing My Expertise & Humanity:

✔️ Bridging Fitness & Spirituality – I help women strengthen their bodies as a way to deepen their spiritual connection.
✔️ Authenticity & Realness – I’ve walked this path myself, through transformation, loss, and rebirth.
✔️ Empowerment Through Movement & Nourishment – I guide women to build strength and fuel their bodies with the proper nutrients—like a queen would nourish herself.
✔️ Celebration Through Creative Expression – At the end of the journey, we honor and capture the transformation in a stunning, creative photoshoot—an embodiment of their strength, beauty, and personal evolution.

Who Am I?

I am a guide for women who seek to transform their bodies, elevate their consciousness, and embody their highest selves.

What Do I Do?

I help women over 40 strengthen their bodies, fuel themselves with intention, and align with their spiritual power through movement, nourishment, and energetic activation.

How Do I Do It?

Through strength training as a spiritual practice, intentional nutrition that honors the body as a temple, and coaching that empowers women to step into their divine strength—culminating in a creative photoshoot that celebrates their journey.

Why It Works?

Because when a woman fuels herself like a queen, trains like a warrior, and celebrates herself like a goddess, she taps into limitless power—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Strength isn’t just external; it’s the foundation of divine alignment.

I believe we all have the ability and the responsibility to be who we truly are to inspire others to do the same.  We all have certain talents and gifts that others need and that is what makes us all unique.

I believe in the miracle of the physical body and the power it holds. As a RN for many hears I have seen the severe side effects of the physical body when one does not engage in healthy behaviors and that has prompted me to help people get true health into their lives.
Physical activity, exercise, and appropriate nutrition can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.

Meet Sean McDermott

Sean McDermott has been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years.

My belief is that true health is found with a balance between exercise, nutrition, and mental health. As a former marathon runner and triathlete, I found early on, that setting fitness goals and designing a detailed plan to achieve these goals would give me the best opportunity to succeed.

As a 2- time cancer survivor, learning about proper nutrition and the miracle of food can shift the path from disease to health in just a short time. For me I found that the plant based approach to healing worked best. This path has given me a new healthier direction which I continue to practice on a daily basis.

Finding time daily to reflect on my spiritually connects ALL of these together and lets me live in a space inspired by Action.
