Fitness Class Schedule

All Members must sign in to Mind Body and create an account. Once you do that please sign up for the class you will be attending.

DARE TO BE STRONG is our signature class created by Erin McDermott, co-owner of Revolution Fitness. It is a fun workout that target all of the major muscles of the entire body and uses moves like the sled push, rope pull down, battle rope, box jump, and lifts. This workout will not only strengthen your muscles but it will also strengthen your cardiovascular and respiratory system. You will sweat and the work will be appropriately challenging. Functional training helps provide you with the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports. You use basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns—walking and running—every day. DARE TO BE STRONG will push you to be your strongest and each class you will get better and better. This class is appropriate for ALL levels and there are options for someone who is just starting out to fitness.

GLUTES AND CORE is just that! A focused workout targeting the glutes and six pack. Want a stronger and more rounder booty? Then this class is for you. We have incredible equipment that will light your glutes and abs on fire! Erin is a Professional Natural Bikini Athlete and knows how to grow the booty! Strong glutes and core prevent back injury and that is why it is so important to train them.

DARE TO BE RELAXED is a flowing fitness yoga class that will work with body weight moves and music that will take you through a variety of poses that increase muscular strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, reduce stress and enhance the feeling of well-being while linking mind, body, and breath. Participants will learn how to create an environment that offers a rewarding experience for "every body." No exercise equipment is necessary. At the end of class we sit in a very short meditation with music to ease your mind and soul. It is appropriate for all levels.

CIRCUIT TRAINING is a form of training where participants rotate through a number of stations, performing different exercises to time or repetitions, back to back, with minimum rest until the circuit is completed. We use several movements including body weight, weighted and dynamic exercises. Benefits of circuit training include: Improvements in cardiovascular fitness, Improvements in muscular strength, and improvements in muscular endurance.

KIDS FITNESS is designed for homeschool kids ages 7+ who need to get some exercise in! This class will be co-taught by Erin and Sean’s sons ages 9 and 11 who are both NH state Gymnastic Champions!
